Through T School’s Power of Three program, you will learn how to ‘hike’ your way to a new level of nutrition, fitness and self care practice.  T School provides participants of all levels (and needs) the structure, education, accountability and community support to improve their health, wellness and daily joy. The Hike Program is designed for people to reach their goals at a nice, easy pace.
